1. Agreement
ArgusSale is provided by STARLINK MEDIA COMPANY LIMITED (Vietnamese name: CÔNG TY TNHH STARLINK MEDIA), enterprise registration number 2301220570, registered at 36A Nguyen Duc Anh Street, Dai Phuc Ward, Bac Ninh City, Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam.
By creating an ArgusSale account, joining a workspace or connecting a third-party platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use ArgusSale for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
2. The service
ArgusSale provides business tools for connected customer messaging, shared inbox operations, optional AI assistance, social publishing, automation, customer records and attribution reporting. Specific features depend on workspace configuration, account type, region, platform availability and external approval.
3. Account and administrator responsibilities
- You must provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials.
- You are responsible for assigning appropriate workspace roles and removing access when a team member no longer needs it.
- You may connect only a Page, OA, professional account, business account, bot, inbox, website or phone number that you own or are authorized to manage.
- You must not share passwords, one-time codes, 2FA recovery codes, access tokens or other confidential credentials with unauthorized persons.
- You are responsible for the customer notices, consent and lawful basis required for your use of customer data.
4. Connected third-party platforms
ArgusSale may integrate with services such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, LINE, Zalo, Telegram, email providers and website-chat services. Each platform is operated by a third party and has its own terms, policies, account requirements, regional limits, review processes, message windows, fees and technical availability.
- You must follow the rules of every platform you connect.
- You must grant only the permissions needed for the features you intend to use.
- Platform approval is not guaranteed by ArgusSale.
- A platform may change, restrict, suspend or discontinue its API or your account access.
- You are responsible for platform fees, phone-number charges, templates, message fees and other third-party costs you approve.
5. Customer messaging and acceptable use
You may use ArgusSale only for lawful business communication. You must not use the service to send spam, harassment, deceptive messages, unlawful promotions or content prohibited by a connected platform.
You must respect customer-initiated conversation rules, opt-out requests, message windows, template requirements and rate limits. You may not attempt to evade platform enforcement, account restrictions or access controls.
6. Publishing and content
You retain responsibility for content submitted through ArgusSale. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to publish each caption, image, video, link or other asset. You must review destinations and schedules before publishing.
7. AI-assisted features
AI-generated drafts, summaries, classifications and recommendations may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are provided as assistance, not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether they are appropriate to send or use, particularly for financial, legal, medical or other sensitive conversations.
8. Prohibited activity
- Using ArgusSale or a connected channel without authorization.
- Attempting to bypass platform review, security controls, limits or enforcement.
- Introducing malware, disrupting the service or probing systems without written authorization.
- Copying, reverse engineering or reselling the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Using customer or platform data for an unrelated purpose, unlawful profiling or third-party advertising without a valid basis.
9. Data protection
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Instructions for disconnecting platforms and requesting deletion are available in the Data Deletion Instructions.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep ArgusSale available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change features to address security, legal, platform or operational requirements. If a third-party platform removes a capability, ArgusSale may need to restrict the affected feature.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using ArgusSale and disconnect channels at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, unlawful activity, security risk, unpaid approved charges or a third-party platform requirement. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
12. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. ArgusSale is not responsible for third-party platform outages, policy changes, rejected applications, account enforcement or indirect and consequential losses arising from those external services.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal or platform changes. We will publish the revised effective date and provide additional notice when required.
