1. About ArgusSale
ArgusSale is a business customer-operations service operated by STARLINK MEDIA COMPANY LIMITED (Vietnamese name: CÔNG TY TNHH STARLINK MEDIA), enterprise registration number 2301220570, with its registered office at 36A Nguyen Duc Anh Street, Dai Phuc Ward, Bac Ninh City, Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam. In this policy, “ArgusSale”, “we” and “us” refer to this service and its operator.
ArgusSale lets authorized businesses connect messaging channels and social accounts they own or manage, receive customer conversations in a shared inbox, publish approved content and measure campaign outcomes.
2. Information we access
- ArgusSale account information: name, business email, team role, workspace details and authentication information required to operate the account.
- Connected business assets: the Pages, Official Accounts, professional accounts, WhatsApp Business Accounts, bots, email inboxes or websites an administrator is allowed to manage.
- Platform authorization data: access and refresh tokens or channel credentials required to maintain the connection approved by the administrator.
- Customer identity supplied by the platform: public name, username, platform identifier, profile image and other profile fields the platform permits for customer service.
- Conversations: incoming and outgoing messages, attachments, delivery status, assignment, tags and conversation history from connected inboxes.
- Publishing content: drafts, captions, media, schedules, selected destinations and publishing results submitted by the business.
- Campaign and attribution data: campaign links, source identifiers, customer journey events and conversion records configured by the business.
- Service and security logs: device, browser, network, audit and error information required to secure, troubleshoot and operate the service.
3. How we use information
- To authenticate users and enforce workspace roles.
- To let an administrator connect and manage business-owned platform assets.
- To display customer conversations and permitted profile information in the shared inbox.
- To deliver replies and approved publishing actions requested by authorized users.
- To provide optional AI-assisted drafts, classification and routing when the business enables those features.
- To connect campaigns, conversations, leads and conversions for operational reporting.
- To prevent abuse, maintain security, investigate errors and improve service reliability.
- To comply with lawful requests and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell personal data or connected-platform data, and we do not use that data for third-party advertising.
4. Platform authorization and user control
ArgusSale connects a platform only after a business administrator or authorized account holder completes the relevant authorization flow or securely supplies required channel credentials. The administrator chooses the asset being connected and can cancel before approval.
The business can later disconnect the channel in ArgusSale and, where available, revoke ArgusSale in the platform’s business-integration or connected-app settings. Disconnecting stops further access after the platform processes the revocation.
5. AI-assisted features
When enabled by the business, conversation content may be processed to produce reply drafts, intent suggestions, summaries or routing recommendations. These outputs are assistance features and may be configured for human review before sending. Businesses should not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for customer service.
6. Platform-specific commitments
Our use and transfer of information received from Meta APIs follows the applicable Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Use of TikTok, LINE, Zalo, Telegram and other platform data follows the applicable developer and account terms for those services. We request access only for features shown in ArgusSale and enabled by the authorizing business.

7. Data sharing and service providers
We share information only as needed to provide the service, including with connected platforms selected by the business, infrastructure and security providers, and optional service providers used for features the business enables. These providers may process information only for the relevant service purpose and under applicable contractual or legal obligations.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the service, or in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
8. Security
Connected-platform tokens and credentials are restricted to authorized service components and stored using protective controls appropriate to their sensitivity. We use access controls, audit records and operational safeguards designed to reduce unauthorized access, disclosure or loss. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Retention and deletion
We retain information while it is needed to provide the enabled service, maintain security, meet contractual obligations or comply with law. Retention may differ by data type and workspace configuration.
A user or authorized business representative can request deletion by following our Data Deletion Instructions or emailing [email protected]. Eligible data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days after we verify the request, except where limited retention is required for security, billing, fraud prevention, legal obligations, disputes or the audit record of the deletion itself.
10. Access, correction and other requests
Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection or deletion of eligible personal information. We may need to verify the requester’s identity and authority over the relevant workspace or connected asset before acting.
11. International processing
ArgusSale and its service providers may process information in locations where they operate. Where required, we use appropriate measures for cross-border processing and follow applicable data-protection obligations.
12. Children
ArgusSale is a business service and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law. Businesses using ArgusSale are responsible for ensuring their customer-data practices are lawful.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect product, legal or platform changes. We will publish the revised effective date here and provide additional notice when required.
