Primary purpose: ArgusSale is a business customer-operations service. A business administrator connects an account, Page, Official Account, professional account, bot, inbox or business number that the business owns or is authorized to manage. Authorized team members can then receive customer-initiated conversations, send replies, manage follow-up and, where separately authorized, publish approved content.
ArgusSale is not a consumer social network. It does not connect an account without an administrator action and does not sell connected-platform data.
2. End-to-end authorization flow
- A signed-in business administrator opens the channel connection page in ArgusSale.
- The administrator selects a platform and is redirected to the platform’s official authorization or credential flow.
- The platform shows the permissions being requested. The administrator can approve or cancel.
- The administrator selects only the Page, OA, professional account, business account, inbox or number they are authorized to manage.
- After authorization, ArgusSale shows the connected asset and its connection status.
- A second customer account initiates a conversation on the platform. The incoming message appears in the ArgusSale inbox.
- An authorized team member replies from ArgusSale, and the customer receives the reply on the original platform.
- The administrator can disconnect the channel in ArgusSale, revoke the app in the platform settings and request eligible data deletion.
Passwords, one-time verification codes and 2FA recovery codes are entered by the account holder on the relevant secure page. They are not requested through email or chat.
3. Data and permission use

TikTok review profile: The app name is ArgusSale Business Messaging, and its OAuth redirect URL is https://chat.argussale.com/tiktok/callback. This app is for inbound customer support. It does not request TikTok advertising or content-publishing access and does not initiate unsolicited messages.
A capability is shown to a tenant only when the relevant platform, account type, region, approval and configuration permit it. ArgusSale does not represent platform approval as automatic.
5. AI-assisted replies
ArgusSale may offer optional AI-generated reply drafts or intent suggestions when the business enables that feature. The purpose is to help authorized agents respond consistently. The interface identifies the content as a draft or suggestion, and the business can require a human agent to review it before sending. Sensitive or high-value conversations can be routed to a human agent.
6. Reviewer test access
- Email [email protected] with the platform name and review case reference.
- We will provide an isolated reviewer account and the exact business asset or sandbox to use.
- Use the test customer account supplied in the review submission to initiate a message.
- Follow the end-to-end steps in Section 2 and verify each requested permission against a visible product action.
Reviewer accounts and enabled capabilities are provided free of charge for the review period. If the platform requires a video, the submitted video will show the same current production interface and domain.
7. Revocation and deletion
- Disconnect in ArgusSale: the business administrator removes the connected channel from the connection settings.
- Revoke on the platform: the administrator can remove ArgusSale from the platform’s connected-app or business-integration settings.
